The employer, purchaser, safety manager or other qualified representative remains responsible for evaluating workplace hazards and confirming that the selected PPE is appropriate for the employee, work environment and assigned task.
PPE and Safety Apparel Order Terms
Minimum Order Quantities
Most orders should be approximately 10 or more units. Actual minimums vary by product and may be based on manufacturer case packs, dispenser boxes, package quantities, colors, sizes, product type or shipping requirements.
Different PPE products may be combined on the same quotation when manufacturer and shipping requirements allow.
All PPE and Safety Apparel Sales Are Final
Due to discounted pricing and products being ordered specifically for each customer, refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for confirming all product numbers, descriptions, colors, sizes, quantities, standards and other specifications before approving an order.
An exception may be considered only when Boulevard Supply or the supplying manufacturer ships an incorrect product or the product arrives with a verified defect or shipping damage reported within the required claim period.
