Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum orders may apply. Actual minimums vary by product and may be based on manufacturer warehouse requirements, case packs, dispenser boxes, package quantities, colors, sizes, product type or shipping requirements.
Boulevard Supply must meet applicable warehouse minimums to receive discounted reseller pricing. Different PPE products may sometimes be combined on the same quotation when manufacturer and shipping requirements allow.
All PPE and Safety Apparel Sales Are Final
Due to discounted pricing and products being ordered specifically for each customer, refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for confirming all product numbers, descriptions, colors, sizes, quantities, standards and other specifications before approving an order.
An exception may be considered only when Boulevard Supply or the supplying manufacturer ships an incorrect product or the product arrives with a verified defect or shipping damage reported within the required claim period.
