- Color of retractable belt (Belts are 10′ long)
- Do you want logo/text printed on one side or both sides of the belt
- How many colors will be used on you logo, image? 1, 2, 3, or 4 ?
- Shipping destination
- Do you have a fork lift or loading dock or will you need lift gate service?
