Boulevard Supply is a master dealer of JBC traffic cones. Revolution Series PVC traffic cones are high quality cones that have been approved by CalTrans, the largest user of traffic cones in the world.

JBC traffic cones are manufactured from 100% recyclable flourescent orange PVC. The cone bases are manufactured form 100% post industrial recycled black PVC
