- Custom artwork is not returnable
- Custom artwork is not refundable
- Should there be a rare flaw in your artwork, it will be replaced. Photos of the flaw will be required
- Should your shipment arrive damaged, we must be notified immediately and you must also immediately notify the delivery driver. Photos of the damage will be required
